Happy New year to you!!!
We are almost a week into 2018 and as we all know, every December the lists of New Year resolutions begin to pop up. Everyone has big plans and ultimate goals for things they probably should’ve done/started a while back. But for some reason the beginning of a brand new 365 is an awakening and inspiration to get your butt moving and begin to make much needed changes.
Well that’s great and all, but how many times do you find yourself in June of a given year and the list is still untouched? You had all these great plans and intentions and then…life happens. Or maybe life doesn’t necessarily “happen” but you became lazy or lost your mojo 2 months in. Listen, it happens to the best of us. But when is enough really gonna be enough? When are we going to make a choice, a conscious effort to make a change? Whether a small or significant change, it all starts with a decision. Goal lists are useless if there is no mental awakening and intentional movement toward them.
So starting now, I want to make you accountable. It’s never too late to set goals, and luckily for you, we are still very fresh into 2018. Do you have a goals list that you put together for the year? (I know I do). Make a decision to not only write it down but speak it out….put it into the universe. And once you’ve done that, let us know what it is in the comments section below. Myself and all the other ISN readers will keep you accountable and once you achieve your goal, you should definitely come back and let us know – it’ll inspire someone else.
So are you ready to make a bold move and “put it out there”? Type below one thing you hope to accomplish in 2018. Start your comment with – This year I’m going to finally….
Let us know and think if it as a support group. We all need accountability and once we see others achieving their goals, we’ll be more motivated to get ourselves in order. It doesn’t matter what it is – from getting up an hour earlier each day to losing 10 pounds by spring or going back to school. Nothing is too insignificant. Type it below and be prepared to see how much you will accomplish in the remaining 359 days. I will start in the comments section.
Here’s to your success in 2018,
